At Henna Hands by Nida, all sales are final and not available for refund. However, if you experience any issues with the products then feel free to reach out and let us know .

After you place an order, you can expect standard processing and handling times to take between 3-5 business days. After the order has been processed, it will be shipped within 5-8 business days.

We only process orders domestically within the United States.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible if a package does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered when the order was placed online. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. Also, be sure to track your shipment to ensure that it is received.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders are final. After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled so please ensure that you are clear about your decision when placing an order.
